These terms apply when you use prettygreat.studio. By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover design work for clients, which is always agreed separately in writing.

The site is operated by Probable Frequencies LLC, a California limited liability company, with its principal office at 2261 Market Street STE 10944, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA ("Pretty Great", "we"). You can contact us at studio@prettygreat.studio.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. Please do not:
- copy, scrape or republish its content in bulk
- try to access parts of the site or its systems that are not public
- use the booking form to send spam or anything unlawful
3. Our work and other content
The text, design and images on the site belong to us or to our clients and are protected by copyright. Client work, names and logos appear with permission and remain the property of their owners. You may not reuse any of it without written permission.
4. Booking a call
Booking a call is free and does not commit you or us to anything. Any project we take on is covered by its own written agreement.
5. Accuracy and links
We keep the site up to date, but it is provided as general information and may change without notice. Links to other sites and services, such as Cal.com or LinkedIn, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. The courts of San Francisco County, California, have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
