Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
This policy explains what personal information Pretty Great collects through prettygreat.studio, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Who we are
Pretty Great is a design studio operated by Probable Frequencies LLC, a California limited liability company, with its principal office at 2261 Market Street STE 10944, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. We decide how the personal information described here is used, which makes us its controller.
Questions about this policy go to studio@prettygreat.studio.
2. What we collect
When you book a call, we collect what you enter in the booking form:
- your answers to our short questions (your role, what you need and how you heard about us)
- your name, email address and company
- any notes you add and the time you choose for the call
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure. We do not use analytics or advertising tools and do not track you across other sites, so the site does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
3. How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, schedule and hold the call, and follow up about working together. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not sell your information or use it for automated decisions.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Netlify, which hosts the site and receives the booking form
- Cal.com, which handles scheduling
- Google Workspace, which we use for email, calendar and video calls
Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement. We are based in the United States, so your information is stored and processed there. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, these transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If we start working together, your details become part of our client records and are kept for as long as the law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. Email studio@prettygreat.studio and we will reply within one month.
If you are in the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EU you can contact your local data protection authority. If you live in California, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
7. Security and children
We use established providers that encrypt data in transit and limit access to the people who need it. The site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if anything changes and show the date of the latest version at the top.
